All raw materials include mill certificates and undergo elongation tests and chemical composition analysis before production.
Cutting Process
CNC laser cutting precisely shapes materials according to specifications, leaving high-quality surface finishes.
Molding
Steel plates are formed into specified shapes (circular, polygonal, etc.) using precision bending machines.
Welding
Longitudinal welds are performed using AC inverter control with seam-tracking arc-guide mechanisms for perfect alignment.
Galvanization
All poles receive complete hot-dip galvanization (IS2629-1985, BS729-1971 standards) for superior corrosion protection.
